The hotel offers excellent rooms, but they did not live up to the expectations set by the pictures. Despite lacking AC and encountering a cockroach, the additional amenities like a kettle and coffee were a nice touch. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to accommodate special requests and ensure a comfortable stay. The central location made it convenient to explore the area, although noise from a nearby bar could be disturbing. The dining experience was decent but could use some improvements. Overall, the hotel provides a good value for money option.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful and clean, not exactly like the pictures but still very good for the price. The service was top-notch, particularly Mwiche, Moono, and Nomsa were excellent. The location was perfect, right in the center of town for all our activities. The dining was delicious with a variety of menu options, though a bit more would have been great.
